Shipping Information 

All orders are packaged and shipped with care from Cary, North Carolina.

DOMESTIC: 
Retail items are shipped via USPS First Class within 1-3 business days after purchase, unless otherwise noted. You will receive a notification with your tracking info as soon as your order is shipped. Delivery time is an estimated 2-5 business days after posting. 

INTERNATIONAL:
International retail orders are shipped via USPS First Class International within 1-3 business days. You will receive a notification as soon as your order is shipped. USPS First-Class International delivery times vary by destination, and may take anywhere between 2 and 6 weeks. 

Customs/Tariffs: International Customers may be subject to customs fees, taxes or tariffs imposed by your home country. Payment of these fees is the responsibility of the buyer, and may affect delivery estimates above.

Returns & Exchanges

We do our best to ensure your products arrives safely, however if an incorrect or damaged order is received, we will send a replacement free of charge using the original shipping method.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any other reason, unused returns may be made within 7 days of receipt, and a refund for the item will be issued as soon as your order is returned in its original packaging and condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lost Orders: 
Please message us to make a claim for loss. If your order is considered lost, a full refund will be issued, or a replacement will be sent.

Buyer is responsible for providing the correct and up to date mailing address. Mudsplash Studios is not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

 Other Terms

Sales tax is added to items shipped within the state of North Carolina. The tax rate is determined by the county where the order is being delivered.
